The house is located in the beautiful bay of Agia Pelagia, 25 km from “N. Kazantzakis” Airport of Heraklion. It is in an ideal location as it is only 50 meters from the sea, while combining absolute tranquility and privacy.
The small path from the sea ends in a location among reeds, where the visitor can park their vehicle freely and safely.
The house is located in a small family compound among flowers, aromatic plants, herbs and fruit trees such as mandarin and lemon trees. If you enjoy cooking, the house has a large, fully equipped kitchen, with pans, pots, oven trays, plates and cutlery.
It has a spacious bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and desk, a single space that combines living room and kitchen and a bathroom. In the open space there is a comfortable sofa, which becomes a double bed and can accommodate 2 additional people. Depending on the direction of the sun, in the morning hours you can enjoy your breakfast and coffee in the small courtyard behind the bedroom and after noon and until the end of the day on the terrace.
The house is recently renovated and has a particularly elegant, vintage decoration that balances between the modern and the traditional. Many of the furniture that decorate the house are family heirlooms, which have been lovingly collected and restored by the hands of the owners.
The outdoor area within the complex is suitable and safe for children. You can find children’s books and board games in the library.
The beach of Agia Pelagia is one of the most beautiful in Northern Crete, it is fully organized and has a wide variety of restaurants, cafes and snack bars. There is also a mini market just 30 meters from the house.
