A spacious villa of 4,000 sq. m. with breathtaking view located on a hill near Palaiokastro and 17 km from the city of Heraklion. It is ideal for couples, families and a group of people. Let the birdsong and the breeze provide the soundtrack of a relaxing holiday. Recline on sunbeds and gaze into a horizon where the blue sky meets a cobalt blue sea.

The villa can accommodate 8 people in bedrooms and up to 11 people if necessary.

INDOOR LAYOUT
The villa is divided into three levels. The top level consists of a master bedroom with its own bathroom, two more bedrooms and a big bathroom. The middle level (ground floor) offers a spacious open area consisting of the living room, a dining area and a loft with a writing desk and a sofa. On this level there is also a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances. The lower level consists of a fireplace with two sofa beds, a bedroom with its own bathroom, a WC for guests and a utility room with a washing machine, a dryer and a steam iron. The doors and the windows have mosquito screens and shutters.
OUTDOOR LAYOUT
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area is surrounded by flowers & trees and it offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation.
Our outdoor facilities include:
-50 sq. m. swimming pool with an over flow system, where part of it is shallow and it is for small children
-sunbeds
-shower next to the pool
-fully equipped charcoal BBQ area with a wooden oven
-outdoor dining table with sea view
– outdoor dining table with sea view and mountain view
-sofa and chairs for relaxation
-parking area inside the villa
The 4,000 sq. m. outdoor area is totally private and highly fenced.
Guests will have full access to the entire property inside and outside the house.
