The space:
Nothing is fussy or over-the-top in this lovely, hillside home. Relax in this multi-level, air-conditioned home, beautifully designed to offer privacy and convenience, including ensuite bathrooms. Even better – almost every room has a view.
The main living area’s open floorplan flows seamlessly, allowing guests to enjoy each other’s company, whether dining, relaxing, or cooking – inside or out. You can dine al fresco on your fabulous terrace overlooking the pool and ocean.
The kitchen is well-stocked to facilitating cooking during your stay. It contains basics such as pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, oil, salt, and pepper for your convenience.But you’ll be pleasend find quality appliances , including an oven refrigerator, stove and coffee maker
Snuggle in at night into one of the three well-appointed, very spacious bedrooms for a good night’s rest. Guests can spread out among the three bedrooms.
The three modern bathrooms (two of them ensuite) are worthy of a design magazine.
There are several terraces (each with fabulous views) and outdoor furniture! There is a wall-mounted television in the living/dining area.
When you’re ready to spend time outside, slide open one of the floor-to-ceiling glass doors and step out onto one of the several terraces. However, your favorite might be the poolside terrace! Enjoy one of the lounge chairs while sipping a drink and grabbing some sun rays or take a dip in your very own private pool. If you prefer the ocean, it’s just a few minutes away.

This lovely villa is located in a residential neighborhood in Ammoudi on the northern coast of Crete, close to the calm waters of Agia Pelagia, Made, and Lygaria beaches. You’ll be just 20 km from Heraklion’s beautiful center.
The nearby beach of Agia Pelagia has a long sandy beach, restaurants, and shops.
MADES: This lovely beach, popular with locals, offers crystal clear, turquoise waters. It is a Blue Flag International Environmental recipient, recognized as one of the world’s cleanest and well-managed beaches.
LIGARIA BAY: This is a soft-sand beach with calm, warm waters. There is a fish tavern, mini market, cafe, and scuba diving center.
PSAROMOURΑ: One of the few beaches in the area that is not protected from the north winds. There are sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as a kiosk that offers drinks.
